Our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees and equipment.
By making your reservation with Dynamite Limousine, contacting us and/or using our website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Billing
All payments must be made in full at the time of pickup.
Checks must be mailed in 2 weeks prior to the date of reservation.
Credit Card payments must be issued for all jobs and must clear 2 weeks prior to job if full payment is requested.
Additional charges such as overtime, vomiting, smoking and other fees must be paid in cash or will be itemized onto the invoice and charged to the credit card on the account.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Limousine Service:
The full fare will be charged for cancellations in the following cases:
I. Cancellation after the driver has already been dispatched.
II. If the passenger(s) fail to be at the designated pickup location (no-show).
III. If the party cancels within 30 days or less from the scheduled job date. The deposit is taken for the job reserved.
IIII. If the party gets out of control during event. Driver may be forced to cancel job.
IIIII. If payment has not been received before or at pickup time.
If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call Dynamite Limousine at 585-993-5466.

Cancellation of chartered service:
A minimum of 30 days notice is required for cancellation of all charter arrangements (e.g. weddings, wine tours, point-to-point reservations) to avoid the charge of the deposit fee. Please call our office no less than 30 days prior to job. A non-refundable deposit is taken on all charters.
Proms: All prom reservations are set at a $200.00 deposit and cancellation of the reservation results in a non-refundable deposit. All kids must have itinerary and Prom promise done before job may start. If kids fail to keep promise at any point during the job, the job will be cancelled with no refund.
Overtime: Please ask your driver if it's possible to go over the reserved time. Approval of the overtime is not guaranteed, it depends on vehicle availability.  A 15 minute grace period is allowed following the reserved time of drop off. We do not allow free time for weather issues so be noticeable of your time and travel distances. If the driver can not provide overtime it is your responsibility to have your party return back at appointed time of job.
Drug Use Prohibited: Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges. Smoking and use of illegal drugs can result in a full cancellation with no refund from payment.

Packages/Promotions/Deals:
Party packages are set yearly. Every year we go over the details to change what we think is a reasonable price for our clients. We do not guarantee you will have the same price ever year due to price increases on products, maintenance, gas etc. Promotions are bound by a date/time expiration. When a promotion expires it can no longer be redeemed, no exceptions can be made. Sponsored company deals can only be redeemed at the time when no other reservations conflict with our bookings. Sponsors are not guaranteed the exact date if the limousine is already booked prior to their request. PLEASE NOTE: Dynamite Limousine is not responsible for service delayed or rendered due to Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control. Dynamite Limousine does not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes. All prices are subject to change without notice!!!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by Dynamite Limousine Service INC. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services. Payment is due at the time passenger are picked up prior to job starts. If for any reason full payment is not made at this time, job will be cancelled and a deposit fee may be keep in result of job cancellation. If this agreement is referred to an attorney and/or collection agency, Customer agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees. If any breakdown occurs, Customer will be refunded the portion of the travel charges that relate solely to the time the vehicle is inoperable. Dynamite Limousine reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle. All vehicles are strictly nonsmoking. Dynamite Limousine Service INC. will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of Mother Nature; any resulting lost time will be made up at the end of the scheduled charter if it was faulted by Dynamite Limousine Service INC. Any downsizing of previously reserved duration of service or vehicle size will not relieve customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled charter. 
Consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited. The individual responsible for payment ("Customer") and all passengers in Customer's party are expected to conduct themselves in a good manner not injurious to themselves, to third parties, or to the hired limousine. In result of any bad manner can result in a cancelation of the job. There is no smoking in any Dynamite Limousine vehicle. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $200 charge for each incident. In the event of any physical damage to the limousine caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $250.00 for the repair and/or cleaning of the limousine. For buses a fee of $350.00 applies. This includes anyone getting sick in the limousine/bus. Decision as to the unusual use or wear of the vehicle rests with Dynamite Limousine solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired limousines. Customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger. If passengers are minors, the dividers will remain locked open, and a phone number of a parent of one of the passengers must be given to the driver prior to the ride. If at any time the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or abuse of any kind that Dynamite Limousine deems valid, no refund of money will be made. Dynamite Limousine reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.
All charters require our service agreement to be signed and given to the driver beforehand.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Dynamite Limousine is not responsible for:
▪ Loss or damage to luggage, including contents.
▪ Carry-on items that may be damaged in transit.
▪ Cash, jewelry and computers.
▪ Items left in vehicles after job that are claimed missing.
In no event shall Dynamite Limousine or any of its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, information providers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or other damages (regardless of the form of action) arising out of (i) use of the service by any person, including but not limited to any damage caused by any reliance on, or any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in, any information and content accessed over the service, (ii) any use or inability to use the service for whatever reason, including but not limited to communications failure or any other failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessed through the service, or (iii) any goods or services discussed, purchased or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the service, in each case even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the Federal Arbitration Act, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in New York.
You and Dynamite Limousine agree that any and all disputes and claims relating in any way to this Agreement (including the arbitration of any claim or dispute and the enforceability of this paragraph), with the exception set forth in the next paragraph, shall be submitted to and resolved by means of confidential arbitration conducted in New York. If you and Dynamite Limousine cannot agree on arbitrators, the Presiding Judge of the New York Court shall appoint them. The arbitration shall be conducted under the then prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and Dynamite Limousine may litigate in court only to compel arbitration under this Agreement or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby excluded, will not govern this Agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other current or former user of the Service, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. However, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Dynamite Limousine intellectual property rights, Dynamite Limousine may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.



Privacy Policy

Dynamite Limousine is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Dynamite Limousine Web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the Dynamite Limousine website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Dynamite Limousine collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number.
